Position Overview:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of luxury residential projects. You will work closely with the Project Managers and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of exceptional living environments while gaining valuable experience in the luxury home construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and monitoring schedules to ensure accurate project timelines
• Generating budgets with project managers to reflect accurate and realistic client expectations
• Planning and coordinating trade partner schedules such that we have the right people onsite at the right time
• Supporting field operations by coordinating material deliveries and picking up necessary tools
• Managing and organizing project selections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably construction management or project management
• Working knowledge of construction management processes
• Comfortable with scheduling and project management software
• Competent in conflict management
• Effective, clear communication
• Passion to produce WOW client experiences and truly unique art homes
